The Wonder Years is by far my favorite show ever.  I was wondering why it hadn’t been released on DVD yet so I began doing some research.  Apparently since the show incorporated so much music, releasing the series on dvd is next to impossible due to licensing.  This is similar to what happened with another one of my favorite shows, WKRP Cincinnati.  Replacing the tracks isn’t an option since the music plays a vital role in the show.  Hoping they figure this out.
